Can I download the images from this web site for free?

Welcome to The World In Photos! Yes, they are absolutely free for anyone.

Are there any restrictions for using the photos?

For the legal use of the images, please, read Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, you can use the photos for free for almost any purpose with few exceptions.

I can not find a photo I’ve seen and wanted to download. Can you help?

Unfortunately, we can not help you in this case. All the photographers upload or delete the images in their accounts themselves. What you can do is at least take the details of the photographer’s account (if didn’t download the image) so you can contact them later.

How do I download an image?

You’ll have to click download and the image will appear in a high resolution. If using Windows OS you can save them by right clicking and then selecting Save as. If working with Maccintosh you save them by CTRL-clicking and then Save as.

What do I have to do to become a member?

Simply fill in the sign-up form and then submit it. You should receive an account activation e-mail shortly after that. Follow the link in the e-mail to activate your account.

Is the membership free of charge?

The membership is absolutely free, there are not hidden charges.

What shell I do if I haven’t received my account activation e-mail?

If you haven’t received the account activation e-mail after your request, click the Forgot password button on the web site and follow the instructions. If you don’t receive our e-mail again, then it could be because of your ISP spam filters. In this case, please, contact us.

Can I change my password and/or username?

To change your password, go to your account and type the new one twice. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to change your username.

I forgot my password and/or can’t log in.

Click Forgot password button and follow the instructions. Within few minutes of submitting you’ll receive your account information. If you don’t, please, contact us.
